As a result of the great quality of our grapes, we started to bottle our wine at the beginning of the 80’s. Full of joy and hope we built our winery which allowed us to work easily, as difference as we have been working before in our old familiar winery. The building was erected with concrete following the standards of the time.

It has two floors tank hall and right above we placed the fermentation pool. This way, once the fermentation is concluded the must is devated by gravity because the tanks are just below, so we avoid to pump it. We have the bottle racks and the casks in a different section for aging our Crianza and Reserva.
