96% Tempranillo, 3% Viura and 1% Garnacha from our own vineyards in La Sonsierra (Rioja Alta)..

Vinification
It is followed the traditional whole grape fermentation or carbonic maceration in which temperature is strictly controlled not exceeding 28ºC. Devatting, crushing and pressing take place once the fermentation is done. Behind this processes, we rack, clarify and filter the wine which warranties the finest and transparency of wine.

Tasting Note
Bright red color with violet layers and purple hints. Very fruity and fine on nose with light liquorish nuances. Round and velvety with nuances of raspberry and wild blueberry
