Vinification
Destemmed grape with strict control of fermentation temperature which must be between 25ºC and 28ºC. Must is meticulously and carefully selected from the last devatting to elaborate this fine wine.
Aging
Malolactic fermentation is performed in New French Allier oak cask where wine stays with lees for six months. Twelve month aging.
Tasting Note
Cherry red with purple hints. Fresh and complex wine. Scent of red fruits perfectly assembled with the vanilla hints. Fleshy wine with fine and polished tannins, well balanced structure and long finishing.

16 - 18º C
