100% Tempranillo from our own vineyards in La Sonsierra.
Vinification
After hand-harvesting, the cluster is destemmed (whole berries) and its temperature is controlled for fifteen to twenty days. It can not exceed 29ºC. Berries keep contact with the skin for maximum colour extraction.
Aging
Twenty four months aging in American oak barrel and a minimum of twelve months in bottle.
Tasting Note
Velvety cherry red and clay tile layers. Intense aromas of ripe fruit with toasty scent and vanilla nuances. Round and balanced, in perfect equilibrium with oak and fruit. Smooth and persistent with a great evolution in bottle.
