Tempranillo monovarietal selected from our vineyards in La Sonsierra (Rioja Alta).

Vinification
Following the whole grape fermentation traditional in Rioja. Temperature is controlled for fifteen days.

Aging
14 months aging in American oak barrel and a minimum of six months in bottle.

Tasting Note
Cherry red with purple layers. Intense and complex with predominant ripe fruit aromas. Meaty and balanced which leaves a soft mouth feeling..

16 - 18º C
